Booking
a) As soon as you’re ready to seal the deal with CasaGees, we’ll send you a bill for a 25% non refundable deposit along with details for the final payment. Just a heads up, we’ll only consider your booking as confirmed once we get the deposit payment.
b) We kindly request that you make the final payment no later than 30 days before your big event. If you’re making your booking within 30 days of the event date, we require the full amount upfront.
c) If for some reason the final payment isn’t made on time, we might have to cancel your booking and hold on to the deposit.
Cancellation
a) If you have to cancel, no worries. Just drop us a written note.
b) We do have a 25% administrative fee that we usually can’t refund, unless the law cancels your event. In that case, we’ll give you back every penny.
c) Just so you know, if you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refund is offered..
Changes to Events
a) If you decide you need more pizzas (because who doesn’t love pizza), just let us know at least 14 days before the event. We’ll send you a new bill and ask for the payment 7 days before the event. Failure to make the additional payment means your order will not be amended.
b) You can certainly decrease the number of pizzas, but it won’t change the final invoice issued earlier.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
a) We’ll do everything we can to cater to your guests’ special dietary needs or allergies. Just give us a heads up at least 10 working days before the event.
b) However, we’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any dietary needs if we’re not informed ahead of time.
Clients’ Food and Drinks
a) Just to let you know, we can’t be held responsible for any food supplied by another caterer or any food you bring yourself.
Liability
a) At CasaGees, our maximum public liability amount is 5 million pounds.
b) If you need specifics about our liability limit or a copy of our Certificate, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Force Majeure
a) We hope this never happens, but CasaGees can’t be held accountable if we can’t fulfill our contract due to unforeseeable circumstances like fire, flood, sabotage, or strike. We also can’t be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these kinds of events.
